The only issue I have at the moment is that a lot of the new finders/packagers I’m working with haven’t done it before and are unsure of what constitutes a deal that others will buy and how to package them up. So I thought I’d use this month’s article to create a bit of a how to guide to deal packaging that I can simply send to the finders. I’m sure readers will find it useful too and if you want to become a finder I highly recommend partnering up with a mortgage adviser who can match you up with suitable buyers just like we are doing.
