The average house price in the UK increased by a small 0.4% in November. However in does continue the gradual increase in prices seen by Nationwide recently. Donna and her best friend Amanda bought a buy-to-let property from a trusted source in October 2010. The Nationwide HPI for July reports house prices ‘edging up’, although in reality this is a miniscule change of 0.2%. This is however an improvement on last month’s completely static figures.
