Valuations Toolbar Classic Edition
Richard Shepherd from the Mastermind University has very kindly provided this excellent tool free of charge.
Richard says:
I’ve developed this toolbar to assist me with my valuations. Valuations used to take me ages and was a tiresome process. Basically, I got tired of punching in postcodes time after time in various different sites to ascertain the market value of properties – critical in this market.
Now, using this toolbar I can take down the time it takes me to value a property to under 10 minutes! All I do is type in the postcode once and the toolbar opens 14 different valuation websites – all with search results relevant to your postcode (where possible)!
Please note that the Valuations Toolbar Classic Edition works with Mozilla Firefox only! You can download Mozilla Firefox from here!

The property-bee toolbar is an add-on for the popular Firefox web browser.
When you view a property listing on a site like rightmove.co.uk, the toolbar will show the changes to the price and details since the property was listed.
Also if you “join the bee”, you will be able to see historical information found by other users.
