Around 9 months ago we actioned a strategy in order to really accelerate our annual income and it’s this very simple strategy that we would like to share with you.
If you consider the purchase of a buy to let property you would need to:
· Place a deposit down that is then tied up in the property for the long term , money that you cannot use again.
· If you have bought well then that property will deliver between two hundred and three hundred pounds per month. Whilst this is ok, it’s hardly going to change your financial circumstance.
What we have done is used a similar sum of money, that has generated in excess of £20,000 of income over the last 9 months, our capital is not tied up in one property purchase for the long term. In fact there are numerous benefits.
