The Department of Communities and Local Government’s (DCLG) latest House Price Index shows that it’s according to it’s statistics released today, UK house prices were 0.5% higher in October 2009 than in September 2009.
However the year on year comparison for UK house prices shows -2.2% lower than October 2008, although in Scotland they rose by 0.7%.
