Simon ZutshiSimon Zutshi is a financially independent, professional property investor, with 14 years experience of investing in residential property in the UK and overseas.

Simon starting investing in 1995, when as a first time buyer, and a recent graduate in debt, he found a strategy to purchase his first property (his home) using none of his own money. By renting out the spare rooms he was able to cover the mortgage payments and effectively live for free! Caught by the property bug, Simon started to buy more property and by the age of 32 he was financially independent due to the passive income generated from his multi-million pound property portfolio.

In 2003 Simon founded the property investors network to provide a supportive environment for investors to learn more about investing with the aim of maximising their return and minimising the risks.

Simon now spends most of his time helping and educating other investors to achieve the same success as him. He is one of the few property speakers in the UK, who is a member of the Professional Speakers Association. As such, Simon is regularly invited to share his residential property investing strategies at the large property exhibitions and entrepreneurial business conferences around the UK and around the world. These include the major wealth creation events organised by the biggest names in the business such as Anthony Robbins and T Harv Eker. His book “Property Magic” became an instant Amazon No 1 best seller when launched in 2008.

In April 2007 Simon launched the original “Property Mastermind Programme” specifically designed to help people become professional investors with the objective of building a £1Million portfolio and gain a £50k income in just 12 months. This programme has created in excess of 35 property millionaires and continues to sell out every time due to the incredible results.

    Hi Simon
    My question is – -
    What is the best strategy for retirement income – nett rents or equity withdrawal ?
    I am now retired but unsure which to follow, or both?
    I have an established portfolio of 60 props, with a gross yield of 5.5% which i realise is low.
    When interest rates return to normal, it would require sibsidising,which means ongoing remortgaging to fund same, which is something I was hoping to run down?
    I am no longer looking to expand the portfolio but to consolidate same ,and look forward to some retirement time !
    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    My name is Kyle im 20years old Im real intrested in ur mastermind course reallllll intrested but for me I couldn’t make the 10k up front fee is there any way I could pay on a monthly basis iv been lookin at other courses but urs is the one I really wanna attend coz I am serious and dedicated to being sucsessfull in property and would like to start in the hands I would love if I could get a email back Thanks

    I’m ideally looking to do lease options.
