hello Maria, nice article on the Algarve, I have been here 7 yeras now and have come to the conclusion all property is over priced or badly built.
The right way forward for sales is for investors/clients to get togehter and buy land, build it is a lot easier and the profit is all theirs to either sell or keep the home. There are lots of little pockets of land around that can be picked up at reasonable cost and I`m your builder. everyone wins.
