Alex Caravello
Alex Caravello is a professional property investor with over 15 years experience. His property investment plans started whilst still at University, which led to him buying his first buy-to-let property 2 years after graduating. He attributes his success in property investment to ‘having a plan’. For Alex, property investment was always a long term strategy to achieve financial freedom, however, having accomplished his goal by the age of 30, it wasn’t quite the ‘long term’ strategy he had first thought it would be!
Over the last 15 years Alex has grown a considerable residential property portfolio to provide a good, stable income, whilst growing several other businesses at the same time. Having been a self-managing professional landlord for 15 years, Alex has encountered most, if not all problems faced by property investors and has learned many vital lessons the hard way.
Alex now shares his time between various business interests in property investment, property management, education and construction, as well as his voluntary work as Chairman of the National Landlords Association’s Milton Keynes Branch.
