John Davies is the chief executive officer and founder of both Hedge Property Investment and LHA Network Ltd, the latter being a business that he specifically developed for our times as an ethical yet low maintenance investment opportunity.
Having over 25 years experience in property investment and ancillary businesses, the LHA Network Ltd project is the culmination of many years in business as well as recent market analysis.
Research has shown him that there is an enormous demand for affordable housing, sometimes called ‘social’ housing and he firmly believes that everyone should be entitled to live in a clean and healthy environment. At the same time there is also a demand from investors for innovative products giving good returns by way of income and capital growth, but very limited potential for traditional investment products to deliver these objectives.
