I understand you are interested in getting involved in such a project but are having some issues locating suitable projects, might I be able to give you some pointers do you think ??

How are you sourcing projects at present can I ask ??

Hi I've got a modest amount put aside to purchase a property for renovation (decided after looking at my miserable pension prediction!) . I have been involved with several refurbs before, have seen the pit falls etc, but this time it's for me, but……. finding the right property isn't too hard but it seems that they are gone in an instant. It all seems a bit suspicious that refurb properties seem to be sold before hitting the open market! Anyway would you have any tips please?

Yes it certainly is. BUT you must buy at the right price as I stress in my book

Also of course you must decide if your want tp renovate and then sell on, or whether you want to rent it out. This will dictate how you renovate it.
